Come be part of the team who makes it possible.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Research, compile, and evaluate information used in the development, enhancement, or maintenance of IT Contracts; including capabilities to identify, define and document the business situation driving a vendor relationshipDevelop conceptual design and systematic solutions to satisfy customer requirements and to develop a technical description to satisfy customer requirements and represents the most efficient and effective solution in relationship to operational costs, usability, and maintainabilitySupport processes to oversee implementation of contractual requirements and perform required contract administration tasks and to take the executed contract through establish administrative processesABOUT YOU:Performed over the last 3+ year in IT Contracting / Vendor Management.Skills and knowledge to locate, use, and document appropriate sources of information for analysis and to collect and analyze appropriate data, organize it into meaningful information, define innovative solution alternatives and present conclusions.Ability to design and maintain IT Contracting Processes that ensure high quality Contracts are developed effectively and efficiently.Effectively and efficiently administers contracts and leverages legal resources to negotiate contracts that satisfy legal, business, technical and financial requirementsProvides direction, leadership, guidance, and judgment that are accepted as decisive and to provide an exemplary model of how others should interact and accomplish tasksImparts knowledge and directs the development of skills of other associatesProper use of delegation authorityGraduated with a Bachelor's Degree, a related degree or equivalent work experienceYou help promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the department and the larger organization.
