Colliers Mortgage is a commercial mortgage banking firm originating and servicing mortgages for FNMA, HUD/GNMA, and Life Insurance Companies.We are seeking an Investor Reporting Manager to join our team! This position has the flexibility to be performed at our headquarters office in downtown Minneapolis, MN or remotely.The Investor Reporting Manager is responsible for managing all Investor Accounting and Reporting functions within the Colliers Mortgage Servicing department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Review and approve daily cash movements in our banking system: ACH, wires, and checks* Oversee Investor Reporting to ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors, including FNMA, GNMA, and Life Companies, each reporting cycle* Review and approve bank reconciliations for all custodial bank accounts* Work with internal departments to resolve outstanding items in bank reconciliations* Build relationship with clients and ensure client deliverables are met* Provide support for annual audits* Responsible for managing staff and team development* Responsible for creating, maintaining, and following procedures in order to meet internal and external requirements* Responsible for providing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports internally* Other duties as assignedRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent combination of education or experience* 6+ years of relevant Investor Accounting/Reporting experience required* Commercial mortgage banking experience required* Prior supervisory / management experience required* Regular and reliable attendance requiredBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package for employees and their families including medical and dental plan; 401k plan including company matching; firm funded life and disability insurance.#LI-KS1BE who you are and what you want to be with Colliers.
