Aerotek Inventory Planner in Seattle, Washington


This person will be responsible for helping with inventory management and device distribution. Someone who has bias for action, self-starter and a quick study. Someone who can also potentially own some side projects as well, working with data related to the device world. Creating some type of mechanism where they can clearly understand which one of their participants are actively using their devices or not. Something that is basic but requires some analytical skills, they need to be very much led in the right direction around what requirements someone is looking for and they need someone to execute. Someone who is eager to stretch beyond the device distribution/inventory management side of the house would be ideal. Prepping devices, shipping, etc. JACK OF ALL TRADES! This role is 75% on your feet and 25% desk work.

This candidate will be spending the majority of their time prepping/packing/shipping beta hardware. We are looking for someone who is going to be comfortable packing/shipping/prepping boxes but looking for more analytical skills to bring to the table if project opportunities arose. The bulk of the role is very operations rooms support and can be physical.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Office/corp exp is ideal; familiar with fulfillment type of work i.e. area management or fulfillment center types of backgrounds

• Excel – if they can do VLOOKUPs that is AWESOME! Or simple queries built into Excel or navigate simple features within Excel (working exp is ideal but okay with academic)

• Needs to be fully used to Outlook and answering emails

• JIRA or trouble ticket types of tools
