Key Duties

• Assist the Station Operations Support and Safety Programs department as assigned, including:

  • Process safety reports for the Airport Operations and Customer Service division.

  • Gather data and publish reports or forms supporting Aircraft Appearance.

  • Assist with internal quality review observations.

  • Assist in publication updates and communication for Charter Operations and Deicing Program.

  • Reconcile invoices and audit checklists for Charter Operations.

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills

Required

• Working toward a Bachelors degree with a focus in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Aviation or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Internship positions are open to current undergraduate students in their junior year or higher academic standing at the time of application.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum age of 18.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

• General knowledge of aviation operations.

Starting Rate

USD $25.00/Hr.

Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air pay and benefits can vary by company, location, number of regularly scheduled hours worked, length of employment, and employment status.
