Infoblox Interactive Project Manager in Seattle, Washington

We are looking for an Interactive Project Manager contractor to join our Web and Digital Marketing Team, reporting to the VP of Global Demand Generation. In this remote contract role, you will lead all phases of interactive projects including: project scoping, requirements gathering, ticket creation, timelines, documentation, communications, change management, and project closeout. You will effectively steward the web roadmap, driving projects to completion and being the voice for the complete body of web work. This role gets to lead project-centric discussions and deep-dives with team members from diverse business and technical backgrounds, bringing new interactive journeys to life on the web. What you'll do: Oversees digital projects, from conception to completion Create detailed project plans outlining deadlines and action items for every phase of an interacive project: from inception to final delivery Lead weekly roadmap meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with timelines, actions, and goals Coordinate with various teams, including developers, designers, copywriters, and brand managers to ensure projects are accurately defined and scoped, and all tasks and risk are identified Facilitate suitable interventions when project scope or timelines go astray to ensure the timely and resource-conscious delivery of the project Document website processes and procedures for future reference and initiative retrospectives to constantly improve Manage detailed roadmap and project trackers within the project management tool Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, articulate risks / trade-offs, and recommend prioritization based on a balance of business needs, technical constraints, and customer impact. What you'll bring: Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a web, digital, or interactive project management role, coordinating designers, developers, and copywriters Proficient using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Wrike, Asana) Preferred: Digital marketing acumen, PMP or similar certification Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, a friendly communication style, and the adaptability to adjust to changing project requirements and constraints Why Infoblox?
