A regional law firm with an office in Seattle, WA is seeking an Attorney to join their Defense Litigation Practice.

The salary range for 2-6 years of experience is 145-175k DOE and comes with both a structured billable based bonus and separate discretionary end of year bonus.

Benefits include: medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k with company match, HSA, Transportation FSA,18 PTO days to start accrued annually, 1 floating holiday plus all court holidays paid each year.

Mentorship and a partnership track (both equity and non-equity membership) are available to interested candidates.

Requirements

Candidates with the following criteria will be considered:

• Civil Litigation Attorneys with 4+ years of experience

• Juris Doctor with strong academic performance, research and writing abilities

• Actively barred in Washington State

• Motions practice, experience in depositions and trial prep (no 1st chair trial experience required)
