Key Responsibilities Manage, coach, hire and scale a team of both SDRs (Pipeline generation) and ISRs (Full cycle sellers) Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers' needs and mapping them through Check Points solutions Monitor sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainment Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity Lead the team to achieve and exceed monthly targets Create and Coordinate Training with Company Product, Sales, and Marketing SME's to Enable Effective Customer Engagements by the Team Perform Interviews of SDR/ISR Candidates and Identify New-to-Career Talent with High-Potential to Quickly Reach Productivity in Prospecting and with a High-Potential to Advance as Sales Professionals with the Check Point Organization Manage Intradepartmental Communications with Supported Field Sales Teams, Channel Sales Teams, & Marketing Departments to Create an Inside Sales Environment that Aligns with the Company's Short & Long Term Initiatives Monitor & Refine the Team's Day-to-Day Interaction with Field Representatives to Ensure Effective Territorial Business Strategies and Tactics Collaborate with cross functional partners on resources needed to attain the shared outcomes through sales campaign development, execution, and analysis Qualifications Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute Excellent Verbal & Written Communications Skills Superior Skills in Time/Workflow Management in a Demanding and Highly Dynamic Sales Environment Demonstrated Leadership Skills as a Team Builder and Team Player Proficient in Microsoft 365 Proficient within the SalesForce Application Proficient in Microsoft 365 Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $70,000-$75,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
