What You Will Do: Implement plan to increase commodities sales. Create a backorder reporting system. Implement a process to target large buyouts and jobs. Coordinate and hold kick off meetings for jobs. Manage communication with IMT. Work with direct reports on goal setting, overtime management, performance reviews, and succession planning. Monthly internal process trainings: queue management, digital and order entry process solutions. Implement document control: set up submittal files, create BAA submittals, and tailor job requirement. What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of industry experience. Experience in distribution operations and sales. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Demonstrated time management skills. Presentational and professional speaking skills to communicate closely with executive level management, including Directors, and Sales VP. Microsoft package - overall computer knowledge (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Data analytics tools (Power BI, SSM). Ability to develop and analyze sales data. Flexibility and open mindset to try new processes and drive to improve customer experience. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Frequent computer and telephone use. Driving to customer offices, jobsites, vendor, Meetings, and events. Occasional out of town travel. Office environment approximately 40%. Jobsite environment 60%. Occasional heavy lifting - up to 50lbs. Salary & Compensation: This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime. Pay is $89,700 to $114,400 annually, DOE. Why work for North Coast?
