Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer with expertise in C, Python, and Java for a higher education client in the Seattle area. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a variety of applications and systems, ensuring seamless integration and robust security. We are in need of support of engineers to support the IAM team with operational stabilization of legacy IAM scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and support IAM solutions including FreeRadius, Subscriptions system, Identity Registration, MIT Kerberos, Password distribution/policy, O365 & Google provisioning, Shibboleth IdP, Grouper/GWS, Duo MFA, IAM Tools, and Certificate Services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure and scalable IAM solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM applications and services.

Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IAM and security.

Skills and Requirements

Proficiency in C, Python, and Java.

Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.

Experience with FreeRadius, Subscriptions system, Identity Registration, MIT Kerberos, Password distribution/policy, O365 & Google provisioning, Shibboleth IdP, Grouper/GWS, Duo MFA, IAM Tools, and Certificate Services.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
