Attention HRBP's! Lend your expertise to a leading healthcare organization, who provides compassionate, and quality care throughout the Pacific Northwest and Puget Sound Area.

Your addition will be an impactful one, as you work closely with management and employees "on the front line" providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advise on complex employee relations issues such as conflict management, internal investigations, benefits, and organizational development.  You'll play an essential role in looking for gaps in processes, and in doing so...increase HR visibility, and gain the trust of leadership.  You can make a difference!   • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Effectively manage workplace investigations  
  • Provide subject matter expertise around a new benefits roll-out, drive communications, and navigate employee inquiries related to that phase.

  • You should be able to show a track record of jobs that have:

    • Required you to work at all levels of the HR "stack" and navigate through ambiguity, recognizing when it is appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing current production.
    • Required you to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
    • Required you to demonstrate credibility and integrity in your communications with HR leadership to ensure information flows upward and downward.
    • Placed you in a previous healthcare setting.  Not mandatory...but a big plus!
    • Required you to engage with both a union and non-union workforce.
  • In terms of personal qualities, they have asked to find someone who...

    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrates analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

**Important Job Details:**
  • The hourly pay rate is $45-55/hr. (DOE)
  • 3+ month contract, with a possibility of an extension and/or FTE consideration.
  • Schedule: 8am-5pm (M-F)

    • Hybrid
    • Required to occasionally work onsite, when conducting an investigation.
    • Must have reliable transportation and pay for your own parking when working onsite.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug screen (including THC).
