Introduction to the team
The HRIS/HR Operations Manager partners extensively with internal stakeholders and external partners to inform, design, and deliver solutions that inspire and empower our people to go further faster. You are innovative in your thinking about connecting people, processes, and technology, and use strong reporting and analytical skills, process excellence, and systems knowledge to elevate the HR operational capabilities. You are an expert in people data and use that expertise to generate insights that support and drive business strategies.

Identify and drive end-to-end solutions, including but not limited to business processes and technology solutions, that meet business needs and compliance obligations
Manage projects of varying scope; develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule to meet commitment to timelines and deliverables
Develop relationships with key stakeholders to assimilate information and to provide consultation and subject matter expertise
Use influence and coaching skills to foster a culture that reflects the values and principles of the organization
Seek and analyze data to identify best practices and trends and to conceptualize and recommend solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in HR or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of related experience required; experience in a complex organization required; including demonstrated involvement with building and leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)
Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, data and technology applications
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into optimal processes that are scalable, customer-focused and adaptable to unique and dynamic business needs
Demonstrated ability to engage in critical thinking by using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner Ability to consistently meet deliverables and work with a high degree of autonomy through ambiguous circumstances
Strong verbal and written skills needed for communication that is appropriate and effective for the needs of the audience
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
