Key job responsibilities

Program Management: Strong work-back plans, bringing people/stakeholders along on the journey, and driving progress are table stakes. You will partner with Talent Experience team members across programs and initiatives that hit the business; helping us to drive the right work at the right time, for the right employee populations.

Communication Skills: Communication is everything. How you communicate can accelerate or decelerate the impact you can make for the customer and your ability to get the perspectives you need to make a decision. When you communicate impacts your delivery, stakeholder support, and customer trust. You should have experience writing and setting up communication plans and channels (wiki, email, newsletters, slack groups) to all levels of a PXT audience.

Relationships and Teaming: We team to get it done. We balance individual ownership and shared success so we can accomplish more through leveraging diverse skills. We value each other and the unique perspectives we bring. If you like working on teams that put the team and impact first, this is the team for you!

Analytical Capability: We start all work by asking, what metrics need to move? What results do we want to see as a result of this effort? How will we know if this is making the intended impact on the business? On our employees? Using data to design, analyze, and make decisions should be part of your day to day.

Resourcefulness: There is no playbook and you thrive in that. Sure, there are the things we know but there is so much we don’t and that is where we learn and grow. You are comfortable with diving in and finding new answers or ways of doing things that support the team’s priorities. Maybe it’s improving a communication strategy, a launch plan, a fabulous wiki design, or improving the way we go to market with our new efforts. We love new perspectives!

Events Administration: Support LAX/Seattle in-person and remote training and events through design, delivery, and onsite support that can include registration, logistics coordination, managing communication and newsletters, securing facilitators, and survey design/administration.
