Job Title: HR Specialist
Job Description
A manufacturing company in Seattle is looking for an HR Specialist to support the Human Resources team by ensuring accurate
data is maintained and updated regularly in the systems, coordinated with team
members to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires, and support
employee engagement initiatives. This role will frequently interact with all
team members.
Hard Skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is required
Prior relevant experience in customer service center and HR operations
Prior experience working in HR or a highly confidential work environment is required
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required
Strong organization skills with attention to detail, and a laser-focused approach to the delivery of results are required
Proven ability to manage multiple inquiries/requests simultaneously and strong prioritization skills required
Job Type
This is a 6-month contract position.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position (Mon-Thur onsite and Friday remote)
Work Environment
Mon-Thursday fully on-site and Friday remote
