We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to be an Amazon cultural steward and drive internal/external engagement programs across the e-Commerce Foundation (eCF) organization. You will play a key role to help launch and drive Intern programs to ensure an outstanding experience for our customers (Interns, Intern Managers, and key internal stakeholders).Amazon strives to be the world's most customer centric company. You will be responsible for data insights from our employee/interns survey programs, and deliver persuasive, evidence-based business cases for action that ultimately result in an improved employee experience and work culture.You Must Be Able To* Work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to support medium to large-scale transformational programs and initiatives* Use a data-centric approach to assist in tracking program results and give insight into best practices, areas of opportunity and program ROI* Anticipate bottlenecks, anticipate and make trade offs, and balance business needs versus constraints* Establish business priorities, identifying and communicating risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders; developing and maintaining goals, milestones, and completion dates* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion* Create org-wide communications and documentsKey Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To* Partner with central Student Programs team to drive intern/apprenticeship programs for eCF* Analyze data insights to deliver best in class intern/employee programs* Drive internal and external engagement programs* Help drive talent management strategies* Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree in business, HR or related field* 4+ years of relevant work experience in areas of HR or Program Management* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements* Advanced use of Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint (or equivalent) skillsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
