This job contributes to Starbucks success by ensuring the safe and secure collection, maintenance, and movement of partner files. Coordinates and facilitates requests for partner files by cross functional teams including legal, Partner Resources, and third parties. Is future focused, ensuring continuous innovation and process improvement. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

As a PRO Shared Services coordinator, you will…

• Navigate ambiguity including changing priorities/processes and managing multiple priorities with deadlines

• Drive to identify and implement continuous improvement ideas including redefining processes

• Technical and analytical aptitude for researching and solving problems using critical thinking

• Investigate and develop solutions to procedure and process-related issues. Work cross-functionally to promptly resolve operations issues, escalate partner concerns, and respond in a professional and timely manner.

• Has a growth mindset as our work has evolved a lot over the last year and will continue to evolve more!

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in general office administration

• Experience working in customer service

• Experiencing handling and securing confidential and sensitive information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience supporting or leading others

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
