Robert Half HR Ops Coordinator in Seattle, Washington

Description We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated HR Ops Coordinator & People Operations Generalist based in Seattle, Washington. As part of our team, you will be managing tasks and projects that require a high level of detail and organization. This role involves supporting employees by answering their queries about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items. This is a long term contract employment opportunity that entails working closely with HR Business Partners and managing day-to-day administration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and customer-focused support to employees by addressing their questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related topics.

• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to manage people initiatives and daily administration.

• Support reorganizations and manage other large-scale projects.

• Identify opportunities and provide solutions to enhance efficiency across the HR team.

• Conduct and summarize themes for all exit interviews.

• Develop a strong understanding of current processes and our core systems.

• Create and run reports to support HR Business Partners.

• Ensure that all information, data, and documentation are filed appropriately and held in complete confidence.

• Handle employee relations investigations and take appropriate actions.

• Utilize tools such as Zoom, Google Suite, Slack, and Workday for efficient operations.

• Oversee employee onboarding and manage FMLA and other benefit functions.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and conduct employee relations. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Benefit Functions and Compliance

• Proven track record in Employee Relations

• Familiarity with FMLA laws and regulations

• Proficiency in using Zoom for virtual meetings

• Solid experience with Google Suite and Slack for team collaboration

• Knowledge of HR Policy formulation and implementation

• Experience in using Workday HRM software

• Proven track record in managing Onboarding processes

• Experience in conducting Employee Relations Investigations.
