Description Robert Half's client is in need of a 8-week contract HR Generalist, onsite role local to the Downtown Seattle area.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment and selection process of new employees, which includes job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, etc. Oversee employee benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, sick leave, vacation, and paid time off. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle workplace disputes, conduct investigations and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure all HR operations align with laws and regulations. Handle employee appraisal processes and performance management systems. Administer compensation and benefits plans to employees. Conduct job evaluations and job analyses. Coordinate and communicate with managers for training and development programs. Maintain employee records and paperwork. Handle employee-related communication and engagement programs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is often preferred. Proven experience as an HR Generalist. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office programs. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
