Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P

Responsibilities for this HR Generalist II job include:

  • This role will partner with the SR HRBP and GCA leaders to deliver on: business analytics, preparation for upcoming talent management changes in the organization including communications and planning, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and help implement programs to increase the effectiveness of the organization.

  • To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.

    Qualifications for this HR Generalist II:

  • HR Generalist experience 5 years

  • MS Office Suite

  • Employee relations or program management experience
