Hotel Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of work including preventative maintenance and assisting in repair of building and grounds in assigned areas.

Qualifications:

· Mechanical aptitude; ability to use hand and power tools

· Preferably 6 months of building maintenance experience within apartment complexes or hotels

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs

· Must be able to speak and communicate in English

Pay:

· $26 to $30 an hour

Location:

· Seattle, WA (South Lake Union)

Shift:

· 1:00PM - 11:00PM; Monday - Friday (must be open to working weekends and have flexibility to work 1st shift)
