Moss Adams LLP Health Care Consulting Director – Lean Transformation Engagement Lead in Seattle, Washington
The Director – Lean Transformation Engagement Lead advises, trains and coaches healthcare leaders who are transforming their organizations. The Director will provide consulting services focused on improving the patient experience, providing: safer care, higher quality, fewer waits and lower costs. This position provides leadership for client contact and service delivery while closely adhering to Division standards and methods.
The Director – Lean Transformation Engagement Lead will provide consulting services for a range of healthcare organizations desiring larger scale lean transformation while also working in conjunction with complementary consulting and assurance services being provided.

Train, coach and certify lean leaders
Deliver a “suite” of services specific to the unique needs of the client
Manage account and align tactics and Division resources to meet client needs
Communicate effectively with members of the client service “core team”
Lead client KPO development
Facilitate Return on Kaizen activities
Assist in completion of Summaries of Client Transformation on larger engagements
Effectively team with Managing Director to plan and adjust work based on changing client needs
Actively engage in cultivating new business opportunities with existing clients and pursuing new client opportunities
Assist with recruitment of a team of exceptional consultants. All recruits will be subject to hiring protocols and will be subject to the approval of the Partner(s) leading the Division.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business preferred (Other experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)
Minimum 10 years’ experience consulting (internal or external) to healthcare organizations or serving as an operational leader required
Lean leader certification from Shingijutsu or Division preferred
Management experience preferred
Proven experience to effectively manage healthcare consulting projects
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills required for educational programs and client interaction
Proven experience with effectively guiding, training and coaching others in lean
Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint
Ability to travel as needed
