Description

Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce, and offers advertisers a rich array of media solutions across Amazon’s entire canvas, including but not limited to; Kindle, Fire TV, Prime Video Ads, physical stores and the Amazon Programmatic Demand Side Platform. We are looking for a Head of Services overseeing our team of diverse Amazon experts across analytics and reporting, creative, and campaign performance who help brands successfully launch new products to market through effective full-funnel advertising strategies, on and off Amazon.

Amazon is uniquely positioned to help brands meet their objectives, offering varied and diverse real estate across Amazon’s multi-dimensional product suite. This is a hands-on leadership position seeking individuals who can think big, create structure and effectiveness in ambiguity, and draw on their deep dive understanding of the digital Ads landscape by levering experience in working with cross-functional teams.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and own key metrics and customer success drivers through partnership with business intelligence, multiple creative teams, science, and drive closed-loop feedback with business product partners.

• Serve as the primary interface between partner teams to influence their roadmap and assure that we are positioned to deliver the highest value product for our customers.

• Provide thoughtful leadership rooted in data by generating customer insights, track competitive landscape and industry trends, and inform product refinements to keep Amazon as the forefront leader of brand advertising.

• Own quality and health of all full-funnel campaigns, setting and then upholding the bar for correct flighting and pacing across a dynamic list of Amazon owned media properties.

• Provide thoughtful leadership rooted in data by generating customer insights.

• Proven track record coordinating, influencing and driving action through cross-functional teams.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in attracting, retaining and growing exceptional teams in digital advertising

• 6+ years in a strategic client services role working with Fortune 100 brands

• Expert level of understanding related to digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics

• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross functional and/or span business and technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred; MBA is a plus

• Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster, Salesforce.com

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $248,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
