Head of Product Growth


The Head of Product Growth will plan, direct, and coordinate marketing and product growth initiatives to expand our market reach. Specifically, the Head of Product Growth will perform the following day-to-day job duties:


• Work directly with CTO/CEO/CMO to understand business problems and align on team marketing strategy, prioritization, and resource planning to drive forward our mission of building the first financially successful generation

• Lead an expert team comprised of Product Growth, Product Marketing/Lifecycle Marketing, Data Analysis, and Creative to deliver business results across onboarding, activation, and

post-activation funnels

• Plan and retain team resources by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and providing feedback

• Collaborate with Heads/Leads of Product, Engineering, UI/UX, Project Management, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to align on prioritization, product specifications, and scope of cross-functional projects

• Provide frequent updates to the leadership team and all stakeholders regarding the team strategy, priorities, project progress, and learnings

• Partner with Data, Product, and UI/UX teams to engage in market research studies to understand customer experience (motivations and pain points) across parent and teen personas to identify the user segmentation for impactful focus

• Develop hypotheses for modifications and growth opportunities that focus specifically on the fintech domain such as user registration, KYC configuration, linking an external bank account, funding a wallet, adding authorized family members, etc. and any related nuances/complications

• Develop and prioritize a growth experimentation roadmap with RICE framework to align with business goals and customer needs and select the experimentation platform to add tech

• Lead experiment execution end-to-end including ideation, design, execution, learning, and iteration and share experimentation findings, insights, and opportunities with cross-functional teams

• Develop a deep understanding of marketing priorities (business goal, product roadmap, user segmentation) and have end-to-end ownership of the go-to-market strategy to grow

adoption and boost engagement for key product launches across user communication channels (website, app store, emails, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS and other relevant channels)

• Collaborate with Creative to develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan

• Work with the cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineering, UI/UX, Creative, Performance Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Customer Support to drive the go-to-market plans
