FCR Growth Manager / Sales Executive in seattle, Washington

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Hunter/

Road Warrior who are ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales.

As one of our Sales Executives you will focus on hunting and closing new clients. You will travel the country seeking out and closing new clients. You will generate new deals through cold calling and other channels. You will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

This position is in our Seattle Sales office and you will work directly under the founder and CEO of the company. You will learn the art of the deal as well as become an amazing presenter and even better salesperson.

What you will do:

  • Build and manage a book of business.

  • Plan and deliver sales strategies to meet and exceed sales projections.

  • Ability to evangelize new concepts with a proven track record.

  • Proven experience navigating the sales process across the life cycle of the sale.

  • Ability to envision, articulate and propose compelling solutions.

  • Work with our Operations Team to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

  • Outstanding work ethic.

  • Passionate about sharing a disruptive business model

Required Experience:

What we need:

  • Must be highly self-motivated

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of successful sales experience

  • Experienced in Social Media and New Economy Technology

  • College degree is preferred but not required

  • Self-starter and Self-Managed

  • No limits on traveling

  • Freedom to be yourself and desire to grow your career

  • Previous Business to Business

  • History of Sales Achievements

  • Great sense of humor and outlook on life

  • Ability to organize and prioritize/ good time management skills

  • Must reside in Seattle Area - no relocation
