As part of our Digital Media Product Marketing team, you will work with us to drive insights, strategy and execution to grow our Creative Cloud + Document Cloud businesses, working with leading brands such as Photoshop and Acrobat.Role Description: Are you a data-driven, growth-obsessed leader looking to build out our new and growing team? This high-visibility role is for you. We work with Senior Directors and VPs+ daily, where you will partner deeply with Product + Product Marketing (Category Leads), Functional Leaders (e.g. Campaign Marketing, Brand Marketing, Go-to-Market), and Analytics Teams. Our goal is to develop a common understanding of the health of our Portfolio and build action plans to grow (or decelerate) to strengthen Adobe's leadership position across our key categories. We are looking for someone unafraid to develop and share bold insights, who will use these "Ahas!" to influence decision-making on what is best for our customer and our business.Key Responsibilities: You will build and lead a small but mighty team to achieve the following:Stand-up Category Health data, KPIs, and tool (example Category = Adobe Photo, Video, Design) to diagnose performance, growth opportunities, risks, and competitive threatsDefine categories and map products and target customer audiences to categoriesIdentify the right metrics (using internal and external data / research) that the C-suite, VPs, and Senior Directors will use to gauge "category health" - to understand growth trends, diagnose key issues, and drive recommendations by categoryDevelop requirements, build roadmaps, and coordinate tool(s) development which report on Category Health in partnership with key analytics teamsLead roll-out and adoption of categories and metrics across 10+ teams and integrate into primary research and reporting channelsBuild the Category Health Operating Model (owners of categories, metrics, reports, reporting cadence, target setting)Deliver annual and quarterly insights on Category Performance and analyses where needed to advise pivotal decision-making (ex: resource prioritization across portfolio, investment in emerging categories)Investigate the customer-facing experience (ex: on, marketing touches, mobile and desktop apps) to ensure customers' simply and clearly understand what we offer them across our complex portfolio of categoriesExample project: Analyze value prop and messaging per category on to identify overlaps or gapsExample project: Streamline target keywords across categories / products for our Search Engine Optimization team to appropriately route customers to the right experienceQualifications/Experience: BS/BA with 8+ years tech (ex: strategy and ops, product marketing, analytics), management consulting, or comparable experiencePeople management and team building experienceExperience with supervising data and tools developmentAnalytical approach that can rapidly assess a business problem, structure and evaluate options, an
