In this role, they will play a crucial part in shaping how we understand and optimize our digital customer experiences. Will be responsible for defining and driving our digital analytics strategy, ensuring it aligns perfectly with Nestle Starbucks' overarching business goals. This is a hands-on role and will be deeply involved in the implementation and management of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and Optimizely. Responsibilities: Define and champion the overall digital analytics strategy and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with Nestle Starbucks' business goals and objectives. Act as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for Google Analytics, providing guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders. Conduct a comprehensive audit of current Google Analytics implementation and recommend optimization strategies. Lead the implementation and configuration of Optimizely to drive A/B testing and personalization initiatives. Take ownership of Google Tag Manager (GTM) configuration, ensuring accurate and reliable data tracking across all digital platforms. Analyze the existing GTM setup to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all analytics implementations, including SDRs, BRDs, and technical specifications. Collaborate effectively with the client's Program Management team to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Oversee project timelines, status reporting, and escalation processes, ensuring timely review and sign-off of all analytics deliverables. Leverage Optimizely and other tools to design and implement personalized digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. Qualifications: Proven experience in defining and implementing digital analytics strategies within a fast-paced environment. Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Optimizely, demonstrating expertise in platform configuration and data analysis. Solid understanding of tag management systems, particularly Google Tag Manager, with a focus on best practices and optimization techniques. Experience with personalization platforms and techniques, showcasing the ability to design and implement personalized digital experiences. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations, effectively communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working with large-scale e-commerce platforms is desirable. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a bonus. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 01/09/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $110000 - $135000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
