JLL Global Sustainability Operations Analyst in Seattle, Washington

We seek an experienced Sustainability Analyst to join our team. You will provide detailed data analysis, reports and consulting advice to help our clients reduce and manage their environmental footprint. JLL's high-performing sustainability team has a proven track record of delivering environmental performance and compliance reporting for our clients. An Overview of the role: * Respond to daily ad-hoc user queries and where required report issues to the IT development team. * Process, validate and review environmental and asset data into JLL's proprietary application, Canopy, and/or other business intelligence and data visualization tools. * Assist in the transition of new client datasets into the application, including client liaison and providing feedback on data quality issues including a gap assessment * Provide data management and reporting to clients to meet their sustainability and compliance reporting requirements such as NGERs, DEFRA, CDP and GRESB reporting frameworks * Be an integral part of the reporting team, contributing to the efficient monitoring and management of support and project requests, following internal processes and ongoing performance improvement of the team * Accurate and timely processing of data updates and reporting to external and internal clients * Be an integral part of the data and reporting team, contributing to the efficient monitoring and management of support requests, following internal processes and ongoing performance improvement of the team. * Accurate and timely processing of data updates and reporting to external and internal clients. * Identify support and management processes that can be improved to increase scalability and efficiency. This is what we are looking for: * 2-5 years experience in a similar role * High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management. * Strong communication skills. * Lateral thinking/problem-solving skills. * Ability to multi-task and manage priorities/deadlines. * Experience and understanding of sustainability and compliance reporting and in processing utility, water or waste data will be highly regarded. * This role requires high attention to detail and a systems/process-driven approach. You should be methodical and thorough in handling data and willing to work on routine data management and processing as part of your role.
