Tableau Software Global Services Coordinator in Seattle, Washington

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING Global Services Coordinator support the daily activities of the rapidly growing global services business at Tableau. The Global Services Coordinator is the first point of contact for both internal and external services customers and ensures that all professional services and private training administrative tasks are complete and accurate throughout the engagement. Some of the things you ll be doing include * Act as the first point of contact for the Global Services team initiating and responding to communications from customers, partners, and Tableau internal teams. * Ensuring successful close out of private training events and services engagements including processing timecards and expenses from partners and internal resources and working with operations and sales to ensure all opportunities are closed in a timely manner * Independently manage internal and external customer issues through to resolution and communicating resolutions and internal action items as appropriate * Process customer training and consulting engagements in collaboration with our Customer Services, Finance, Sales and Operations teams * Work with our internal teams and partners, to review payment terms, initiate the scheduling process, review timecard entry, and trigger order processing for each engagement * Work with our training facility provider, operations and the delivery team to schedule, maintain, and process private classroom registration training courses * Communicate with services partners to ensure that they have what they need to be successful, including but not limited to ensuring agreements & work orders are in place, working to ensure their travel and expenses incurred abide by customer expectations and are submitted in a timely manner for invoicing to customer * Assist sales by providing informational content regarding training programs and services offerings to customers and recommend offerings to meet customer needs * Creating and managing clean Salesforce.com records, including but not limited to services queue tickets, sales opportunities, recording communications, and records of pending and resolved issues * Review contracts and invoicing for services engagements to ensure accuracy and proper delivery * Manage various month-end tie-out processes including but not limited to processing all open services orders and related issue resolution * Assist other Global Services Operations team members in execution of tasks as needed * Identify and drive process improvements for scalability, business growth and development WHO YOU ARE * EXPERIENCED.
