Google Global Sales Program Lead, Renewals, Expansion, Google Workspace in Seattle, Washington

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 12 years of experience in sales, sales strategy, management consulting, Go-to-Market, or equivalent project management experience.

  • Sales experience working in or with a SaaS Sales organization.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in management or business.

  • Experience working with a SaaS sales organization, with an understanding of productivity solutions as well as renewal and expansion lines of business.

  • Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence.

  • Ability to present to executives with clear communication.

  • Ability to synthesize data into useful formats and recommend actionable insights.

  • Ability to manage details and higher-level implications of critical business issues.

As the Renewals and Expansion Global Sales Programs Lead within this team, you will be focused on our renewal and expansion business. You will help set the global Go-to-Market and business strategy, oversee the renewal and expansion sales performance in each geography ,and help ensure that growth goals are met. You will be responsible for driving renewal and expansion growth, developing goal segment business strategies, identifying at-risk customers, developing and supporting global sales programs, and working directly with the field across regions on challenging and important customer situations. You will influence overall value propositions and help the field with enablement activities. You will collaborate across a broad stakeholder group including teams in Product, Sales (global and regions), Marketing, Solution Engineering, and more.

  • Act as the central office for program management and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Marketing, serving as a key cross-functional representative and go-to person on all things related to Google Workspace Renewal and Expansion sales.

  • Help shape Go-to-Market priorities and direction through market analyses, opportunity assessments, goal segment strategies, sales and partner motion input, solutions input ,and business acceleration program design.

  • Work with the Google Workspace team and stakeholders to define metrics and develop analytics, reporting, and dashboards, and deliver insights and recommendations from Google Cloud Sales that inform product management discussions and decisions.

  • Identify and perform root-cause analysis of pain points experienced with current processes and tools with account renewals, create roadmap for process improvements, and prioritize incremental improvements to achieve end state.
