The Global Fire & Life Safety Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in promoting a secure and compliant working environment across international locations. This position requires a dedicated professional with expertise in fire safety, a global perspective, and strong coordination skills. Work Style: Virtual or near an Aon office. Responsibilities: Program Oversight: Take a lead role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the Global Fire & Life Safety Program. Ensure compliance with internal fire safety standards and regulations. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections, drills, and incidents. Generate reports to communicate program status and recommend improvements. Awareness: Promote a culture of awareness and accountability for fire and life safety. Inspections and Audits: Coordinate regular fire safety inspections across global locations. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure adherence to safety standards. Communication: Serve as the point of contact for fire and life safety inquiries and concerns. Facilitate communication between global teams regarding scheduling and ensure timely completion of recommendations. Perform Other duties as required. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Safety Management, or a related field. Experience: Demonstrated track record in collaborating with a large-scale Fortune 500 company. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in identifying and mitigating fire and life safety risks. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage fire and life safety projects on a global scale. Attention to Detail: Thorough and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance.
