We are seeking aGlobal Digital Campaign Managerto join ourDigital Marketing team in Tacoma, reporting to theDirector of Demand Generation and ABM. In this remote contract role, you will lead and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns designed to drive engagement and growth within our key target accounts. You will collaborate across various teams to build web pages, create compelling content, and execute innovative digital marketing strategies. You will oversee a portfolio of4-5 key strategic campaignsfrom inception to completion, serving as the expert on performance for each campaign. You're the ideal candidate if youexcel at stakeholder collaboration, managing complex digital projects, and strategic thinking. You have a knack for identifying the next steps to keep campaigns on track, can view the overall campaign from a high level to see the connections, and can recommend improvements to enhance campaign performance. What you'll do: Global Campaign Project Management: Manage development of 3-4 global demand campaign focusing on personas, buyer's journey mapping, target account selection, offers, and nurture strategies to drive lead conversion and engagement. Develop and implement comprehensive plans for company-wide campaigns within the digital marketing team ABX Program Development: Develop and execute tailored ABX programs that engage specific target segments, driving meaningful interactions and pipeline growth across new and existing customers Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee the deployment of integrated campaigns across digital channels ensuring consistent messaging and a cohesive experience for target accounts. Data-Driven Optimization: Work closely with the Marketing Ops and Analytics team to analyze and optimize campaign performance. Reporting & Insights: Provide detailed performance reports and strategic insights to marketing leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations for future campaign strategies. Localization: Provide project management support for the localization of campaign into Japanese, Spanish, German and French. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and address any blockers Define core KPIs for campaigns and establish a robust measurement plan to track performance Oversee the entire campaign design process, from inception to completion, ensuring thorough evaluation for risks, quality assurance and comprehensive reporting on performance Collaborate closely with all marketing teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution What you'll bring: 5+ years of experience in cross-functional digital marketing campaign management preferably in SaaS Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong agency and vendor management skills Experience using a project management tool like Monday.com to manage complex projects Ability to gather data from multiple sources like Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau to deliver comprehensive reporting on complex digital campaigns.
