EY’s Global Corporate Development group is responsible for leading EY’s acquisitions activity.
This role provides individuals with a unique opportunity to work on a variety of domestic and international deals for EY.
Your key responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
Working on many aspects of the transaction process including business modelling, valuation and structuring, project management, due diligence and integration.
Collaborating closely with other EY teams and functions as part of the transaction process.
Assisting in the preparation of internal presentations and approval documents for contemplated transactions.
Preparing and maintaining internal analyses and routine reporting against strategic priorities.
Located in West Coast US with flexibility travel (domestic and international).
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
3-7 years investment banking, private equity or corporate development experience.
Bachelor’s/University degree in a relevant discipline from a top university.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Strong valuation and financial modelling capabilities.
Team player, self-starter and action oriented, highly accountable and feels deep ownership for his/her work.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and with all levels of management and professionals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
