As a member of the Generative AI Consulting Team, this role will be to leverage generative AI technologies to create innovative solutions that address our clients' unique business challenges. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement AI-powered tools that drive efficiency, enhance decision-making, and unlock new strategic opportunities. Responsibilities will include designing and implementing generative AI solutions, identifying and deploying innovative use cases, and ensuring alignment with our clients’ operational and strategic goals. This role will also contribute to the development of best practices, frameworks, and AI-driven processes that deliver measurable value to our clients. The success of this position is measured by the ability to deliver impactful AI solutions, foster strong client relationships, and demonstrate measurable improvements in business processes through the application of generative AI.

Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy generative AI-powered tools and workflows that align with client needs and strategic objectives
Analyze client requirements to identify high-impact use cases for generative AI and oversee their successful implementation
Assess client goals and operational strategies to ensure AI solutions are tailored to drive meaningful business outcomes
Develop and refine frameworks, methodologies, and standards for applying generative AI in diverse industries
Evaluate the performance and impact of deployed AI solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in generative AI technologies to inform solution development and recommend cutting-edge approaches
Ensure that generative AI solutions adhere to ethical, legal, and compliance standards by contributing to the development and implementation of AI governance policies and practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in Accounting or Finance, Business or related fields preferred. Technology course work is also desired
Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience with the ability to adapt to a changing work environment, including the use of software systems and technology
Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service
Ability to think critically, identify creative solutions and provide research or other information in a well organized and logical fashion
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills
Executes effectively by using resources efficiently; meeting deadlines and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint), experience with Tableau, Power BI, and/or Alteryx highly desirable
Ability to work overtime and travel as needed, approximately 5%
