Job Description

This role plays a key part in attracting top talent to manage and support our vast timberland operations, which span 11 million acres in the U.S. and 14 million acres in Canada. Our business revolves around sustainable forestry practices, harvesting, and replanting trees in a continuous cycle to serve our internal and external customers.

As the recruiter for our Timberlands business, you will collaborate with hiring managers across our four regions to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and source high-quality candidates who are passionate about sustainability, forestry, and land management. You will also support the recruitment efforts for our Strategy and Technology team, which delivers innovative, research-based solutions to enhance the value and productivity of our lands.

Skills and Requirements

*3+ years of prior recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing.

  • Prior ATS experience, preferably Taleo. Comfortable learning and utilizing vendor websites (background checks, drug tests, job boards, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

*Sourcing, cold calling candidates, creativity in finding top-tier talent *CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR and PCR certifications are great assets to the resume null
