Job summaryThe Amazon Talent Advancement Team (TA) owns programs and products focusing on employee promotion and career development, and is a part of the Global Talent Management Team (GTM). Our team builds tools to support and scale tech solutions that drive equitable outcomes for employees and present inspection opportunities to help insure we are meeting our high standards.We are looking for strong Front-End Engineers to join our team to help us scale products and consumers. Engineers on this team are empowered to make decisions that define how Amazon operates in some of the most critical points of an employee's career. We solve novel challenges related to the career journey using native AWS technologies and we are supported by strong Science, Product, and UX teams. Engineers on the team work on both front end and back end technologies.In this role, you will be responsible for working across teams, creating, and operating new systems that enable us to leverage science and automation to realize our leadership principle of Hire and Develop the Best. We encourage focus time to code, and work to ensure chunks of time during the day are reserved for this focused work.
