Job Description Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and transfer inbound calls. Assist in receiving packages: UPS, FedEx, etc. Assist in shipping of packages: USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. Maintain a clean and orderly office, which includes light cleaning of shared spaces like the reception area, conference room and break room. Take inventory of office supplies and place office supply orders. Make travel arrangements including airfare, hotel, and rental car reservations. Assist with the planning and coordinating of company events which will include setting up and breaking down the event space, ordering food, and purchasing supplies. Other administrative duties as assigned. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Salary $19.00-$24.00 per hour. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Excellent customer service skills. Basic experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). Valid driver's license and driving record that meets Coffman's stringent requirements are required.
