Description We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator in Seattle, Washington, 98134-2423, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The Front Desk Coordinator will be pivotal in managing the front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring all incoming calls are promptly answered and appropriately routed using a multi-line phone system.
• Providing high-quality concierge services to cater to visitor and customer needs, inquiries, and experience enhancement.
• Organizing and processing files in an accurate and timely manner, maintaining efficiency and orderliness.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping.
• Delivering excellent customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Fostering positive relationships with customers and team members through strong interpersonal skills.
• Efficiently managing customer service requests, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Maintaining an organized and efficient work area, ensuring all necessary materials are readily accessible. Requirements • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System, managing incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
• Familiarity with Concierge Services, ensuring all guests' needs and requests are promptly addressed.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a detail oriented manner.
• Proficiency in Data Entry, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, guests, and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents effectively.
