Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Seattle, Washington

Description We are offering an exciting short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and employees, providing excellent customer service and administrative support within our retail industry setting.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate a warm and welcoming environment by greeting and assisting guests and employees upon arrival

• Efficiently handle inbound phone calls and voicemails, providing timely responses as required

• Ensure the front desk area and guest lounge are kept tidy and well-organized at all times

• Issue access cards to employees as and when necessary

• Oversee the ordering and management of stationery supplies

• Keep all stationery supply rooms well-organized and fully stocked

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch

• Conduct daily inspections of meeting rooms and kitchens to ensure they are clean and tidy

• Handle all facility-related requests, coordinating with the Building Manager as needed Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering a high-quality experience to all guests

• Proven experience in administrative assistance, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and handling confidential documents

• Ability to manage daily schedules efficiently, ensuring smooth operation of the front office

• Proficiency in scanning documents, maintaining digital files, and ensuring accurate record keeping

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented and friendly demeanor

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office and email management tools

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus TalentMatch®
