Job Description

The individual contributor manager will be a key owner of our financial planning, quarterly Board of Director meetings , and is responsible for r eporting insights and recommendations to f inance leadership . Responsibilities will include providing competitive insights for compan y , maintaining a close partnership with finance leaders , supporting our quarterly Board of Director meetings , running a weekly financial forecast and ad-hoc analyses to support finance leadership. This role requires a highly motivated individual with financial planning and analysis experience to join our Finance organization. The successful candidate will be a self-starter that excels in storytelling and attention to detail, while also demonstrating a passion for retail.

** This role is Hybrid- Seattle, WA – requires you to be in office 3 days per week in downtown Seattle. We do not offer relocation at this time for this role.

A day in the life…

  • Key contributor and lead role for company financial planning processes, including internal forecast and external guidance through collaboration with key Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations and cross functional partners

  • Partner within FP&A team and senior leadership to continuously improve and evolve the planning processes and identify efficiency opportunities

  • Create executive leadership materials such as board, investor support or recurring leadership meetings

  • Own and execute the company weekly forecast and build the storytelling to share the results with finance leaders

  • Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects to support FP&A and finance leadership

  • Develop and maintain strong proactive knowledge of retail and general industry trends, practices and issues, assessing and communicating their potential impact on the business

    You own this if you have…

  • At least 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, retail and large organization preferred

  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance, with a strong sense of curiosity

  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and timelines

  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership

  • Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Hyperion-Essbase and Oracle a plus

  • Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings in written, verbal and presentation form

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $80,000 - $155,000 Annually

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
