Amazon Finance Manager, Amazon Clinic in Seattle, Washington

Description

It is Day 1 for Amazon Health and we need a Finance Manager to shape the strategy for this high-growth investment area. This role will be the FP&A leader for the One Medical Telehealth business providing strategic guidance and financial process ownership in a high growth and rapidly evolving business.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead the One Medical Telehealth Finance and leadership teams through all financial planning processes, such as month-end close, guidance, and long-range planning.

  • Partner with broader Finance team to build a financial vision for a large, profitable, customer-focused telehealth service.

  • Build and manage the reporting and forecasting of various KPIs to inform business performance, as well as financial risks and opportunities.

  • Represent One Medical Telehealth Finance in forums with senior leaders across AHS, using a variety of communication skills (verbal, narrative, reporting, bridging, etc.).

  • Work directly with management and internal stakeholders to provide financial controllership over revenue targets.

  • Report on financial performance and provide VPs and Director level leadership with weekly, monthly, and annual financial reviews.

  • Develop ad-hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

  • BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, or CPA

  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL

  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
