What You'll Do BCG is looking for an Expert Partner & Director to help our clients generate value through collaborating in Joint Ventures and Alliances. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in designing, building, operating, governing, and supporting Joint Ventures & Alliances. In this role, you will support the execution of projects for multiple client engagements, bringing joint ventures expertise to the teams. You will direct and supervise research activities to obtain relevant data and define client needs and challenges, furnish teams with case studies and solutions and provide your expert input based on your past experiences. Working alongside BCG and client project leaders, you will contribute expertise, synthesize recommendations, challenge work in progress, and re-orient analyses as necessary. You will also drive commercial growth by supporting colleagues in their business development activities, originating leads and acting as a key topic content lead for proposals or other business development work in the Joint Ventures & Alliances topic space.
