The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) group is looking for an Experienced Staff Analyst to join our Business Operations team in Seattle, WA.

The site is comprised of a diverse team of Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) employees who are extremely motivated, skilled, knowledgeable, and highly valued by our customers and business partners.

This position reports up within the Business Operations Core team supporting the overall BT&E management system. This role will work directly with and support the Business Operations Director in running the organizational management system, rhythm of the business, functional performance & reporting and projects or initiatives. This role will establish a system to look out on the horizon at what is coming and assist the Business Operations organization in preparing for and meeting deliverables; provide recommendations to the leader with regards to areas of focus, meeting content and organizational opportunities. The role will be responsible for oversight and execution of the BT&E Program Performance to Plan (PtP) and Capability PtP processes and facilitation of BT&E level reviews ensuring consistent, high quality content, and drive valuable discussions at the senior executive level. Additionally, serve as the back-up to the Chief of Staff to the BT&E VPGM.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain the organization’s management system & rhythm of the business

  • Develop briefings & integrated reporting

  • Data / Information Analysis, Integration, Synthetization & Summarization

  • Tracking weekly deliverables: presentations, accomplishments, etc.

  • Meeting facilitation and execution

  • Building surveys and analyzing results

  • Completing special projects and ad-hoc tasks, as assigned

  • Working with functions and leadership to remove obstacles and solve problems

  • Drafting organizational announcements

  • Coordinating logistics for all team meetings and organizational events

  • Manage and maintain organizational facilities requirements as needed

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Lync

  • 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data

  • 3+ years of experience with cross functional communication and performance reporting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working with and supporting executive leaders

  • Highly proficient with multi-tasking (i.e., handling daily work, urgent emerging issues, prioritize incoming requests for all levels of partners, etc.)

  • Experience with gathering requirements for projects

  • Experience in handling multiple projects at once

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $79,050 – $106,950
