Responsibilities
Are you a skilled problem solver with a strong mechanical aptitude? Do you take pride in ensuring facilities are well-maintained and safe? If so, we’re looking for you to join our team as a Exeditor!
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Cleanliness and Order: Keep assigned areas clean and organized while performing minor interior repairs such as ceiling tile replacements and wall patching.
Perform Maintenance Repairs: Use hand and power tools to complete minor maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs like faucet and toilet part replacements, trap removal, and basic electrical work such as light bulb replacements.
Assist with Equipment Moves: Support tenant or departmental relocations by transporting equipment, removing waste, and relocating items between facilities.
Exterior Maintenance: Ensure the exterior of the building is well-kept by performing tasks such as litter pickup, pressure washing, and exterior painting.
Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
A Satisfactory Abstract of Driving Record (Type: Employment Record) meeting departmental standards.
A valid Washington State Driver’s License .
Job Knowledge/Abilities:
Knowledge of general safety standards for moving heavy materials and equipment.
Proficiency in using hand and/or power tools to perform maintenance and repair work.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay Range
$25.92 - $25.92 /hour
