Position Overview As our Executive Business Partner, you'll support multiple leaders on the Global Leadership team and drive forward our business activities. You will excel in organization, managing multiple priorities and projects. Your effective and flexible approach, coupled with integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, builds trust and effective relationships. Your organizational skills, analytical mindset, and strong interpersonal abilities allow you to interact effectively across various job functions. Must be based in the Seattle Metro Area with the ability to come into the office as needed. What You'll Do Provide proactive and administrative partnership to three global leaders. Manage complex, rapidly shifting calendars with minimum guidance, making recommendations to organize and optimize time (e.g., calendars, meeting management, planning travel, etc.). Manage relationships with key stakeholders, often with a high level of confidentiality. Being both a strategic and administrative partner, you will manage a wide variety of high-engagement and tactical responsibilities. Coordinate end-to-end leadership team activities (e.g., planning meetings, company events, offsites, employee experience, business reviews, etc.) Work closely with the leadership team and other executive business partners across the organization. Serve as a lead and project manager of multiple project timelines, priorities, and deliverables. Ability to thrive dealing with ambiguity and juggling competing priorities. Demonstrate a "can do" mentality. Work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail of own work, update stakeholders and ensure standards for accuracy and details. Adapt to changing business needs and shift priorities while remaining calm and composed. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of direct executive support, administrative operations management, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) and other business specific tools (e.g. expense management, travel booking, etc.) and provide training to others as needed. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
