Amazon Web Services Product Marketing Leaders are seeking a resourceful, sharp, organized, and experienced Executive Assistant to become a part of the AWS Marketing team!This position will partner with Directors, Executive Assistants, internal and external customers. The role requires someone who gets excited about a variety of Program and EA duties, including: calendar and event management, document preparation for meetings (managing agendas, reviews, etc.), learning and development coordination, communications, project management, and event planning as well as coordinating and communicating regular business processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment, with a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor.This role is for you if you are organized, energetic, self-motivated, and care about the employee experience as well as want to develop experience in full-cycle project management (from design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement). A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. This role is for you if you seek to learn the business you support, and a role in which you can strongly contribute, learn, build, and be challenged.Responsibilities:* Act as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive, and thoughtful support of the rhythm of the business* Effectively and proactively support two Directors with calendar management, travel, and event coordination* Fielding business inquiries by researching appropriate resources and/or connecting with the appropriate teams* Managing projects with multiple inputs and multiple stakeholders* Develop and own the communications cadence across the team Attending key team meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items* Act as a liaison for direct reportsStrong preference for this position to be in Seattle. Relocation offered from within the US.* Minimum of 3 years of experience providing senior executive level support* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience* Experience with domestic and international travel coordinationAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
