Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the Non-Profit industry, located in Seattle, Washington. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including managing the CEO's schedule, preparing for board meetings, and handling sensitive issues with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings and appointments

• Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar efficiently, ensuring all appointments and meetings are updated

• Prepare and produce reports and presentations, demonstrating strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

• Assist the CEO in preparing for board meetings and other executive gatherings, demonstrating effective communication and organizational skills

• Promote a professional image through both in-person and phone interactions, showcasing strong interpersonal skills

• Coordinate and arrange travel and accommodation requirements for the CEO as necessary

• Manage and oversee office support functions, including filing, mailing, and correspondence

• Attend meetings to take minutes and ensure they are disseminated to appropriate personnel

• Handle individual issues that arise within the organization or from its patrons, showing sensitivity and compassion. Requirements

• Must have prior experience in the non-profit sector

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual communication

• Ability to use Concur for travel and expense management

• CRM software experience for managing donor relationships

• Proficiency in Kronos Timekeeping System and About Time for efficient time management

• Strong calendar management skills to organize executive schedules

• Excellent communication skills for internal and external correspondence

• Experience in managing conference calls

• Ability to draft and manage correspondence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.Excel
