Aerotek Executive Assistant in Seattle, Washington

Seattle based E-Commerce company is seeking an Executive Assistant


The Campaign & Creative Services Executive Assistant will provide support to two leaders. This role will report to the Lead EA. Support to these leaders will include calendar, travel, finance, events, supplies, and space.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in calendar management at executive level

  • Management of attendee lists, Outlook invites, conference room booking, AV/VC assistance, OOTO/Travel banners, interview coordination, training coordination, visitor building access, agenda preparation when applicable

  • Experience in domestic and international travel management

  • All travel related activity: tax approval, international approval from VP, hotel, conference registration, flights, rental car, directions, visa application, placing travel details on calendar

  • Processing expense reports

  • Prefer Concur experience

  • Event and Conference Attendance Planning Experience

  • Coordination of onsite and offsite logistics for large team events or meetings.

  • Superior Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Word management skills.

  • Must demonstrate passion, enthusiasm, and have a great sense of humor in the role.

  • Highest levels of integrity and discretion.

  • Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

  • Has good judgment & business acumen

  • Willing to learn & be curious

  • Agility & flexibility are required
