We need someone who is bright and motivated, with a proven work ethic, to support two Directors on the Amazon Global Fulfillment Services team in Seattle, Washington. The Team Amazon Global Fulfillment Services is a growing business built around Amazon's world-class capability in ordering, fulfillment, transportation and Customer service. Our team owns the development of a suite of fulfillment solutions that leverage Amazon's scale and supply chain, from Fulfillment by Amazon to Seller Fulfilled Prime and more. We are focused on innovative ways to get new sellers and new selection onboard, providing low-cost solutions to enable sellers to rapidly grow their business, and creating opportunities for sellers everywhere to reach buyers around the world. The Role In this role, you will be managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. Successful EAs use outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills. Your superior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines will be critical. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior executives is imperative.
