Job Title: Executive Assistant II

Job Description

Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant II who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two leaders within the organization. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with high level executives. Role responsibilities include managing a complex calendar, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple complex calendars, meeting prioritization, and large-scale meeting coordination.

  • Coordinate and plan domestic and international travel, including organizing trip agendas and local logistics.

  • Complete expense reports and manage corporate card purchases, participation in budget planning, and tracking as needed.

  • Manage other core administrative activities such as space planning, new-hire onboarding, and team morale events.

  • Plan and coordinate team activities and events.

  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables for the team and executives, following up on outstanding items.

  • Maintain a fun work environment and help others do the same.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

  • 4+ years of executive level leadership support.

  • Experience with executive level calendar management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time.

  • High level of integrity and discretion.

  • Impeccable attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The role involves frequent interaction with high level executives and requires maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will use Microsoft Office products and various applications to manage tasks. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
