As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, an Executive Assistant is a proactive, servant leader with excellent administrative and organizational skills that can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Executive Support - Work closely and effectively with senior management to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Exercise good judgment while maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Calendar - Manage extremely active calendars. Plan, coordinate and ensure the schedule is followed and respected. Provide a gatekeeper and gateway role, creating efficient and positive interphase situations for direct access to executives. Travel - Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings. Complete expense reports. Tasks - Proudly take on and successfully complete tasks that contribute to the rhythm of business. Projects - Work independently on projects, from conception to completion, handing a wide variety of activities with confidentiality and discretion. These could include time critical and other ad hoc projects as required. Organization - Using strong organizational skills, perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Prioritize conflicting needs. Handle matters expeditiously and proactively, following through on requirements to successful completion. Adapt to contending demands. Personnel - Using strong interpersonal skills, build relationships with customers. Problem Solving - Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Provide high attention to detail and flawless execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent required 5+ years demonstrated ability supporting senior level executives 5+ years of hospitality experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Power Point) Strong oral and written communication skills, social skills, and high customer service capabilities and delivery Project Management and Administrative Skills - Organizational and problem-solving. Emotional Maturity - Positive, low-stress behavior, in words and actions Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
