Technology & Innovation solves complex business problems across the global real estate organization at Facebook. We leverage our domain expertise to identify and implement solutions designed to achieve more effective and productive outcomes, at scale. In partnership with our stakeholders and cross functional partners, our global Technical Project Management team develops and maintains the multi-year FCS Technology Roadmap and oversees the successful delivery of solutions across the business.As Facebook continues to evolve its thinking on the Evolution of Work (EoW), a wide array of new products and updates to existing products will be required to support and enable program development and management across the global real estate domain. This program and the enabling technology ecosystem will continue to evolve well into the future.We are seeking a creative problem solver that can partner with stakeholders and cross functional partners to define the future technology roadmap for the Evolution of Work across the global real estate organization. This role requires a foundational understanding of real estate services domain, the ability to drive and influence technology roadmap vision and the supporting business case for change and product mindset geared toward delivering the next generation of real estate technology solutions.This position would report to the Director of FCS Technology & Innovation (FCST).

Required Skills:

  1. Cultivate and manage complex relationships with key stakeholders and cross functional partners

  2. Engage stakeholders to define the problem space, use cases, expected outcomes, impact and prioritization

  3. Work with analytics team to define data required to enable and support operational teams and leadership decision making

  4. Work with cross functional partners to further refine the business case for change and ensure alignment across roadmaps and priorities

  5. Work with technical project managers to oversee EoW projects from inception through delivery, establishing key milestones, target completion dates and success metrics

  6. Proactively identify, assess, and communicate risks and issues

  7. Oversee the development of post-project surveys for lesson learned and process improvements

  8. Provide input to process, communication, standards, and data accuracy across FCS technology team

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years post-collegiate work experience in the corporate real estate domain

  2. 3+ years post-collegiate work experience building in-house software or implementing vendor software and systems

  3. 3+ years working with vendors and partners to identify, negotiate, influence, purchase, and implement complex systems

  4. 2+ years’ experience performing data analysis or BI

  5. Experience presenting to and communicating with senior leadership teams to influence product direction and strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Workplace, Space Planning, Facilities technologies

  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
